Appointments are held for ten minutes past the booked time. Cancellations with less than four hours' notice may be charged at half the fee; we do not charge for the first one, because everybody has a morning like that.

Prescription work is made to order and is not returnable once glazed, but a lens that does not perform as prescribed is remade at our cost. Tell us within eight weeks.

Your prescription belongs to you and is issued on paper at the end of the test, whether or not you buy anything here.
