Glasses

Two hundred frames on the wall, chosen because they fit a range of faces rather than because a rep brought them. Nothing here is a house brand pretending to be a designer one.

Every pair is fitted twice: at collection, and again a fortnight later once it has settled on your nose. The second fitting is free and it is the one that matters.

Measured, not estimated

Pupillary distance, fitting height, pantoscopic tilt and back vertex distance are taken on the frame you have chosen, in the frame you have chosen. A varifocal ordered on a standard height is a varifocal you will take off.

Repairs and adjustments

Free for the life of the pair, whoever sold it to you. Bring it in; most jobs are done while you wait, and we will tell you honestly when a frame is beyond saving.
